Agree the details first.
Describe the amplifier
Send the make, model, symptoms, when the problem started and details of any previous work. Include your location and photographs where useful.
Confirm acceptance and packing
Discuss suitability for repair, workshop availability and packing requirements before booking collection. Agree whether any accessories need to travel with it.
Agree delivery and return
Confirm the receiving address, delivery timing, transport costs and return arrangements. Courier charges are separate from workshop labour and parts.
Once it arrives
Diagnosis, approval, repair and testing.
The amplifier diagnostic is £50 for up to 45 minutes. Findings and likely costs are discussed before further work; repair labour is £75 per hour plus parts.
The diagnostic fee is deducted from the final invoice if repair work proceeds. Repair timing depends on the fault, parts and current workload; discuss these when you enquire.
