Essential setup work plus nut slot optimisation, spot fret levelling where required, fingerboard cleaning and oiling, hardware checks and aftercare while the instrument settles.

Professional setup work plus full fret polishing, fret end dressing and rolled fingerboard edges, electronics servicing, finish detailing and extended aftercare.

When adjustment alone is not enough.
Uneven or worn frets may need a level, crown and polish, or a complete refret if there is not enough fret material left. The instrument is assessed before the work is recommended.

- Complete refret: from £400, assessment required.
- Handmade bone nut: £140.
Guitar repairs
Hardware, electronics and structural work.
Loose or damaged hardware, worn controls, unreliable wiring and structural damage each need a different approach. Bring details of the problem and any previous work so the repair can be assessed properly.
A guitar assessment is £35 for up to 30 minutes, deducted if the work proceeds. Additional guitar repair labour is £45 per hour plus parts.
